Brigadier B.G. Pathak, commissioned into the Indian Army in 1979, served for nearly four decades, demonstrating exemplary leadership in critical operations like the 1993 Bombay riots and the Kargil War.
He coordinated the Military World Games in 2007 and successfully recruited over 250,000 candidates as Director of Recruiting for the northeastern states. Post-retirement, he focused on the welfare of soldiers’ families and led several academic institutions. With an M.Tech and multiple management qualifications, Brig. Pathak now mentors future defense leaders at Yoddha Defence Academy, inspiring them to serve the nation with honor and excellence.
